Canine Rehabilitation
Maverick is a 10 year old Shiba Inu. His owners brought him to therapy because of shaky hind legs and increased difficulty getting up and climbing stairs. At his initial visit, I noticed significant hind limb muscle atrophy, spinal tightness and generalized leg weakness. We began therapy using dry needling, manual therapy, stretching and cold laser to reduce the inflammation and stiffness in his low back and legs.
